St George California Agricole
St. George Spirits are bringing back the funk with their California Reserve Agricole Rum, made with fermented sugarcane juice from pressed canes grown in the Imperial Valley of Southern California. For the Reserve, they went ahead and aged the rum in French oak casks for four years, mellowing out the funk (does that change the genre? Is mellow-funk a sub-genre?) and bringing more spice into the fray. As the label suggests, this is dy-no-mite!
