TERMS & CONDITIONS
When you book a table on OpenTable.com through the Cottons website, your reservation is instantly recorded in the restaurant's computerized reservation book - the same one the restaurant's host uses to track all reservations. Unlike other "online" reservation services which rely on faxes or table allocations, OpenTable has live Internet connections into the restaurants themselves. So restaurant availability information is up-to-date, and your reservations are confirmed.
Track & trace
In line with the current government guidelines, guests must fill in their details in the track and trace app - NHS COVID-19 provided before entering the premises otherwise entry will NOT be allowed.
To dine inside, you must be from the same household or social bubble.
Sadly, we cannot guarantee the weather. In the event of bad weather, we unfortunately cannot promise a sheltered outdoor table.
Our partner OpenTable is committed to providing superior quality services to Users and Restaurants. To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of service, Guests must cancel any reservations that they will be unable to honor at least 48 hours in advance of the reservation. If you are unable to keep your reservation and you fail to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the reservation, OpenTable will send you an email letting you know that our records indicate that you were a no-show. No-show fees is £10 per person.
Upon arriving at the Restaurant, it is the Guest’s responsibility to notify the host that the Guest has a reservation. By using the Reservation Services, Guest agrees to receive no-show notifications by email after a report that your reservation was not honored, whether or not that was in fact the case. Your Account will be suspended if you are a no-show for four reservations within a 12-month period. If you receive a no-show notification email in error, please click here for information on how to dispute it. User agrees that all final no-show determinations will be made by OpenTable in its sole discretion.
