Dear Friends and Family,
We are all gripped by the developments of Covid-19 virus and its fast and far reaching consequences in our communities.
We, at cottons are taking various measures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff in addition to all other guidelines that has been laid out by the WHO and the protocols advised by local and international authorities.
Any member of staff returning from the affected areas abroad have been asked to self-quarantine for 14 days. We have been practising this for some weeks now.
All members of staff and customers entering the premises are subject to temperature analysis by the use of infra-red thermometer guns which are non-evasive and contactless. Anyone exhibiting high temperatures will not be allowed access into the venues.
We have also changed the cleaning products that we use and have used the high alcohol propensities of our favourite Wray & Nephew overproof rum mixed with vinegar instead of the generic anti-bacterial cleaning products that were previously used.
We have reduced the number of tables in all of our venues so that there is adequate space between each table.
If you still feel unsure whether to come into to one our restaurants you can still enjoy our menu at home through our delivery partners such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat.
We have reviewed all our practices with the knowledge of what we presently know regarding this virus.
We apologies for changes in our opening and closing times as we seek to reduce the overheads and to ensure effective and continued progress as a group.
The safety and well-being of our customers and staff is paramount to us.
