Cottons Restaurants
Having opened its first location back in 1985, Cottons is a veritable legend of London’s Caribbean dining scene. It now boasts four locations in all corners of the capital, serving decidedly comforting comfort food. If you like your jerk on the saucy side, the meats (or salmon) here come with lashings of it. They’re also keen on rum – very, very keen. Each restaurant serves more than 300 types of rum, while the Notting Hill site holds the world record for most varieties available in a bar, with a staggering 372. Don’t try them all at once.
